Our events are usually held in popular restaurants - especially places known for their brunch menu. I've also hosted an event at Painting with a Twist - potluck style. We are always open to suggestions and recommendations.

Where does it take place?

In 2018, I made a move from New Jersey to Florida with my new lash business. Being in an unfamiliar place, I faced the challenge of building my clientele and establishing connections in the industry. As a solo lash artist, it could often feel lonely. To combat this, I started hosting Lash Socials - social events for beauty professionals.

Over the course of a year, I organized around 8 events, ranging from small groups of 4 to larger gatherings of 13. It has been an incredible experience not only for me to make new connections and build relationships, but also to witness the growth and connections formed among the women in these groups.

With Beautypreneur Brunches, my goal is to continue bringing beauty professionals together to support each other, share experiences, and develop meaningful connections that can stand the test of time.

"It brought so many new connections and great vibes"

I attended my first lash social alone. I was in my first year of lashing and this was the best experience! I meet so many wonderful lash girlies and they were so sweet. As women it’s hard to find events that uplift each other and that’s exactly what the lash social brought me. I appreciate Francesca for throwing the first Tampa lash social in 2019, this event helped me to get out of my shell and meet people in the industry and also allowed me to find my lash bestie (her). Being a solo lash artist can be extremely fulfilling and exciting but also lonely and scary. Sometimes it can feel like you don’t have peers that understand the hardships that comes with being a small beauty business. I’m so grateful I connected with Francesca years ago and that she created an opportunity for solo artists to come together, connect and share the triumphs (and struggles) that come with this career! I met Francesca years ago when she organized lash socials for beauty entrepreneurs to get together for brunch, we formed some amazing connections that I still remain friends with to this day! Starting a business is scary in all ways but having a community to be a part of makes all the difference. Francesca would drive from Orlando to Tampa to host these events and bring goodies for all of us, she even made the trip out to Tampa to support me when I opened up my second location🥹 She is so incredible and we’re all so grateful for her for taking time to bring the community together!
